2 WHOLE Years!

And they said it wouldn't last. :) The thirteenth was Tom and I's 2 year anniversary. We had such a fun time. We had the camera all ready to go and forgot it at the last minute, so no pictures. Sorry. Tom made me french toast, hashbrowns, and sausage in bed with a lovely pomegranate-apple-pear juice. Very delicious. Then we went to try and find some playstation 2 games to play (thanks to Lexy and Scott for supplying us with the playstation). We didn't find any, so we decided to go to the DI to look for treasures. Tom started driving the wrong way and I said, "What the heck, we are going the wrong way". He said..."well the DIs here are pretty good...but they are not as cool as the one in Logan". And I said..."so true", so we headed up to Logan (our most favorite place). We went to the Bear River Bird Refuge (we are so nerdy) where we spotted some pie-billed grebes, harriers, bald eagles, deer, kestrals, LBBs (Little Brown Birds), and a bunch of pheasants. It was a lot of fun. Then we headed off to the DI, where we got totally skunked, no treasures. Then we decided to stay the night and checked into the fancy Super 8. :) Then we ate at Iron Gate Grill and saw the movie Bedtime Stories. It was such a fun time. Tom plans the best stuff. He made me a really cool art piece for our bedroom. I will post a picture of it when he gets it all finished. I made him a snapfish book with our wedding pictures in it. It was a lovely day. I love Tom and he still loves me. Life is good.
P.S.
Sorry to all our Logan friends. We didn't even call or stop by and say hi. We miss you all so much though and we'll be back soon!

I'm so glad you had fun doing what you like the most. It's hard to believe it's already been two years. I'm so glad they have been happy ones for you.

Congratulations on making it a whole two years! Actually, I don't worry about the two of you at all. I am sure you'll make it all the way. Sounds like you had a very fun anniversary celebration.

Since it was your anniversary, we won't hold it against you for not visiting. Congratulations! You guys are great! And going to the Bird Refuge isn't a nerdy thing---or does that mean we're nerdy too?

I think it means you are nerdy too. And that's okay! :) Nerdy is the new cool.

I don't know you...just stumbled upon your blog from Shannon's, but I saw "the Dunfords" and thought of Dunford Doughnuts, and YUM! So I had to take a look. Happy anniversary!

I'm so sorry that you found no treasures, that's a bummer, but it sounds like you had fun anyway. Congratulations!

Hi Meg and Tom!
It sounds like you had a wonderful anniversary, but I am sad that I didn't get to see you when you came to Logan. I was thinking about you two that day, it was written on my calendar (not in a creepy way). Love you guys!

Happy late anniversary. I swear the last few weeks have been such a blur I probably talked to you around your anniversary and didn't even say anything. You guys are so cute. I loved going to the bird zoo as Coop calls it with you guys. It's always fun to hang out with meg and tom. You guys are awesome I hope to see your cute wedding book before your 50th anniversary. I am sure it is dang cute. By the way thanks for allowing Scott and I to be apart of your wonderful day. It was so beautiful we remember the spirit was so strong during the sealing. I felt so privileged to be invited I am sure there are so many that would have wanted to share that with you and I am glad I was invited I felt so loved.
