Hi Everyone,
I heard this program on NPR this morning and I thought it was very well done. It is an inspiring piece for the hard times our world and many of us are going through. I hope you enjoy!

Dreams of Trash
Some people dream about ponies or butterflies, but I apparently dream about my trash can. This morning Tom related a funny little anecdote about my sleeping behavior. In the middle of the night Tom woke up to our trash can right in his face. The trash can was on the bed with a bunch of papers all around. I was snuggled up towards the end, not a care in the world. So Tom cleaned up the mess and placed the can next to his bed. When he woke up, he thought it was all a dream, but the can next to the bed was there to prove it.
Anyway I must have felt like the trash can needed to be in bed with us last night. I usually have something to say during the night, but it is rare that I have something to do.
Kind of funny. :)

2 WHOLE Years!
And they said it wouldn't last. :) The thirteenth was Tom and I's 2 year anniversary. We had such a fun time. We had the camera all ready to go and forgot it at the last minute, so no pictures. Sorry. Tom made me french toast, hashbrowns, and sausage in bed with a lovely pomegranate-apple-pear juice. Very delicious. Then we went to try and find some playstation 2 games to play (thanks to Lexy and Scott for supplying us with the playstation). We didn't find any, so we decided to go to the DI to look for treasures. Tom started driving the wrong way and I said, "What the heck, we are going the wrong way". He said..."well the DIs here are pretty good...but they are not as cool as the one in Logan". And I said..."so true", so we headed up to Logan (our most favorite place). We went to the Bear River Bird Refuge (we are so nerdy) where we spotted some pie-billed grebes, harriers, bald eagles, deer, kestrals, LBBs (Little Brown Birds), and a bunch of pheasants. It was a lot of fun. Then we headed off to the DI, where we got totally skunked, no treasures. Then we decided to stay the night and checked into the fancy Super 8. :) Then we ate at Iron Gate Grill and saw the movie Bedtime Stories. It was such a fun time. Tom plans the best stuff. He made me a really cool art piece for our bedroom. I will post a picture of it when he gets it all finished. I made him a snapfish book with our wedding pictures in it. It was a lovely day. I love Tom and he still loves me. Life is good.
P.S.
Sorry to all our Logan friends. We didn't even call or stop by and say hi. We miss you all so much though and we'll be back soon!
