I've been camping one out of the 7 times. I took a picture of the view outside my tent to prove it, but I think we deleted the picture. But I've done it once, I promise. So I only have 6 more to go and I better get on it if I don't want to be sleeping in a igloo all winter.
I also fulfilled #18 at my family reunion this past weekend. We visited Kennecott Copper Mine. And it. was. huge. I can't believe what a big hole it was! Wow. You can fit a bunch of Sears Tower buildings in it and you can see it from space. The trucks hauling stuff were probably the best part, I couldn't believe how large and in charge they were. It was fun watching them drive around.

#13 - Become known for my pie-making skills (part 2)
Made my first cream pie for Memorial Day. It's called Razanna (banana and raspberry) Cream (out of the Lion House Pie Cookbook). I guess, this pie-making adventure would also count towards cook one recipe out of every cookbook I own. Cause thanks to Tom's mom, I own the Lion House Pie Cookbook. Anyway, it took a while for the cream filling to set up, but I finally got it to work. I would also add more raspberry and bananas to the mix, but other than that, it was a success!
My 5-year-old nephew told his Mom that his Aunt Meggie could make money baking pies! I think that might mean I've become known for my pie-making skills, don't you think? I better keep practicing though, I think he's just very complimentary, polite, and likes his Aunt.
